#Learning Weekend: How to Make a Daily Blogging/Working Schedule
【 Spanish/Español : Aquí 】
Hi! Today I'm very excited to introduce you to my New Blog Series! Every Weekend I'll try to update a tutorial, tips or some good info that could help you with blogging, branding and business ;)
Let's begin with the first post of #LearningWeekend!
Do you like having your time organized? Well, maybe you would like to try this: Making a daily schedule for Blogging and Working. I'll show you as an example my daily schedule which I made using common materials like: color paper, pencil, eraser, ruler, sharpies and colored pens.
Before we start making the schedule we have to think how many hours a day we would like to spend working on our projects/blog, and how many for our personal time (including meals, sleeping time, reading, learning, etcetera). Also we must have in mind if we are a morning or a noctural person. I'm a nocturnal one, I can't sleep early and my most creative time is during the night :P
In my example since I like to sleep at least 7 hours, I ended up with 17 of the 24 hours which I divided in 8 working hours and 9 personal hours.
Making a sketch, from the working hours I had to decide how many hours I would spend creating products, and the rest was divided into blogging and networking.
Then I did the same with my personal hours, organizing my meals, activities and a possible nap. Here's my (digital) sketch:
Now we can start making the schedule! I drew mine in color paper and used some post-it's so it could be easier to change the activities in the future. This schedule is flexible, so we don't have to follow it 100% at first, since we need to get use to it and if needed we can make changes so we can get the best from it.
Lastly we have to place the schedule somewhere we can always look at it. I pasted mine in my room/working space. And yes, that's my wall with some inspirational boards, my coughcoughAsianBoyfriends(?)coughcough images from Jpop and Kpop, and my self-modified clock (also inspired in Kpop) :P
Placing the blogging and working schedule in a visible place it's a good way to always have it in mind, and this way we'll start following it daily.
In my opinion this could help us to achieve our goals, since we are organized and constantly checking our scheduled time. Also, thanks to the use of post it's we can always make some adjustments to have more personal time, or more working time depending on our plans.
Hope this was from any help for you, and if this was the case or you already have a daily schedule and want to share some ideas or info please leave a comment below ;)
Have an excelent weekend ♥!
