ENGLISH: Hello ♡! In today's video vlog, I'll be using my yarn stash to crochet a small rug and a desk mat. Today I finally finished this sort of pan project where I used up all the yarn I had saved for years 🤭.

ESPAÑOL: ¡Hola ♡! En el vídeo vlog de hoy utilizaré mi reserva de estambre para hacer un tapete pequeño y un mantel para mi escritorio con crochet. Hoy por fin terminaré esta especie de proyecto pan en el cual utilicé todo el estambre que guardaba desde hace años 🤭.

Hello~ How's been your week? Mine has been great! Lately I've been having some ideas for products and projects that I can't wait to start working on them :)

Today's update will be about some items I made. Finally I'll show you pictures of the order I was working on:


Sewing bags! The client gave me the design exactly as she wanted it, and then I made a total of 36; this was the result:


They have great inner space and cute details :)

Hola~ ¿Cómo ha estado su semana? La mía ha sido muy buena, he tenido muchas ideas para productos y proyectos que no puedo esperar para empezar a trabajar en ellos :)

La actualización de hoy será sobre unos productos que hice. Finalmente voy a mostrarles algunas fotos de la orden en la que estaba trabajando: Los costureros! La cliente me dio el diseño exactamente como lo quería e hice 36 bolsas en total.

Hi! Today I'm pretty excited because I'll show you one of the items that will be available in my Etsy Shop re-opening: A cute zippered pouch!


The fabric used was a Faux Suede I ordered from Spoonflower (design by kathrynrose) to test it since it's a new item on their catalog. And let me tell you it's a great fabric, the texture and colors are fabulous.


This pouch is smaller than the previous ones I've made, its size is: 17x8 cm (6.6x3.2 inches) and the inside has a pink lining. Even with its small size it has a lot of inner space :)

¡Hola! Hoy será una actualización rápida donde les mostraré uno de los artículos que estarán disponibles en la re-apertura de mi tienda online. *Ver imágenes arriba*

Es una bolsa con cierre (la cual es más pequeña que las anteriores que he hecho), su tamaño es de: 17x8 cm y el interior está cubierto con un forro color rosa.

Hi! How has been your week? Lately I've been working on new creations for the shop re-opening. Next week I'll show previews of those items that you'll be able to get in my Etsy shop ;)

Today I'll show you some images of keychains I've made. For the small details like the chocolate leafs and strawberries I used polymer clay.


These clay pieces were used to decorate the roll cake which has a soft texture on the 'bread' area. For the white cover I used some deco whipped cream and finally I sprayed some craft varnish over the keychain. Here's the final result:


I'm very excited with the relaunch of my Etsy shop. One of my August goals is to get everything ready for the re-opening in September :D

¡Hola! ¿Cómo han estado? Yo últimamente he estado trabajando en nuevos artículos los cuales estarán próximamente a la venta en la reapertura de mi tienda online ;)

Hoy les mostraré algunos llaveros que he hecho. Para los pequeños detalles como las hojas de chocolate y  las fresas usé arcilla polimérica. Estas piezas se utilizaron para decorar el llavero que tiene una textura suave. Para la cubierta blanca usé un poco de crema para decorar y finalmente lo rocié con barniz para protegerlo.

Estoy muy emocionada por el re-lanzamiento de mi tienda Etsy. Una de mis metas para Agosto es dejar todo listo para la reapertura en Septiembre :D

Can't believe it's Thursday already, the week's going by very quick!

As you know, this day I try to update frequently with Koori Style's creations. Sometimes I'll show you new or current projects and times like today I'll show you a previous project.

Today's update is an Angry Birds Amigurumi I made for a cousin :)


The body was crocheted in soft yarn and the details were made using felt; I like to combine yarn & felt because with the last one we can add more details to our project's final touches.

No puedo creer que ya sea Jueves, las semanas se me están pasando muy rápido.

Como saben los días Jueves intento actualizar seguido con creaciones de mi marca. A veces les muestro proyectos nuevos o en proceso, y en casos como hoy les mostraré un proyecto pasado: Un amigurumi de Angry Birds. *Ver imágenes arriba*

Está hecho con estambre y los detalles con fieltro, el cual me gusta usar ya que nos permite afinar más los últimos detalles de nuestros proyectos.

Finally it's Thursday! Today's update will be to show you the test I made of a sewing bag as I commented on a previous post: "Catch Up Friday!".


The closed bag measures approximately 13cm x 13cm, but since this was just a test I'll try adding more height to them, maybe 3cm more.


The inside has various pockets where we can store: thread, needles, tape measures, small scissors, seam ripper, etcetera. And~ there's a cute pin cushion attached at the base.


At the moment I don't have a sewing space so I’m thinking in using one of these bags to carry the basic items around the house :P

Al fin Jueves! En la actualización de hoy les mostraré la prueba que hice del costurero que les comenté en un post anterior: " Catch Up Friday!". *Ver imágenes arriba*

Las bolsa cerrada mide aproximadamente 13cm x 13cm, pero como solo era una prueba creo le añadiré unos 3cm más de altura. En el interior hay varios bolsillos donde podemos almacenar hilos, agujas, cinta para medir, unas tijeras pequeñas, corta ojales, etcétera. Y~ en la base hay un lindo alfiletero.

¿Utilizas costureros para mantener organizadas tus cosas para trabajar? ¿Qué es lo que cargas generalmente en el costurero? Deja un comentario abajo para dejarnos saber y ten una linda semana ♥.

¡Hola! Nuevamente llegaron los días nublados y lluviosos a la cuidad; eso me llena de energía y me pone muy feliz~ Para aprovechar toda esa energía les mostraré unas bolsas de encaje que hice hace unos días. Como recordarán, en publicaciones anteriores les mostré mis primeros intentos y pruebas de bolsas con cierres y esta vez intenté hacer unas un poco más formales. Hello! Once again the weather in the city is cloudy and rainy; it fills me with energy and makes me very happy~ To use that energy I'll show you some lace pouches I made few days ago. In previous entries I showed you my first attempts of zippered pouches and this time I tried to make them a little bit more formal. Here are some pictures:

¿Qué les parecieron? Estas bolsas con tablones ahora tienen una pequeña agarradera y son un poco más grandes que las anteriores. Además en una de ellas experimenté colocándole una cadena dorada para colgarse ¡Me gustó el resultado!

Estos días he estado aprendiendo y planeando cosas nuevas para este blog y mi marca "Koori Style"; espero muy pronto poder emplear todas esas cosas, pero hasta ese entonces saben nos seguiremos viendo aquí cada jueves con una nueva publicación ;)

Did you like them? These pleated pouches have a small handle and are slightly larger than the previous ones. Also, in one of them I experimented adding a golden chain. I liked the result!

These days I've been learning and planning new things for this blog and my brand "Koori Style"; hopefully soon I'll be able to implement those things, but until then we're gonna keep meeting here every Thursday with new entries ;)
